We heard earlier that T.I and Ciara would be headlining the Screamfest Tour, and now dates have been announced in more than 20 cities. The concert will start off in New Orleans and finish September 2nd in Los Angeles. T.I. says he will “set the bar extremely high” this year. He says it will also be “the” tour of the summer, but it’s got to beat Rock The Bells. The rest of the line-up includes Yung Joc, T-Pain, and young Lloyd. Both Joc and T-Pain have new records this summer. We also hear that there will be special guests featured in each of the different locations.
