I really don’t understand after all of this why people keep hating on Rany Allen and His sister. He says they have bben cooperating from the get go and it makes sense. The police cant let out a description as loose as a tattoo on the neck. Thats half the hood. His sister pointed out it was that Tinard dude and he’s in jail. I guess some people have nothing better to do than talk about other people when they are not there to defend themselves.
