Method Man, real name Clifford Smith, was found with 28 grams of Marijuana in his car on Thursday night (May 17, 2007). He was attempting to pay the toll at the Battery Tunnel toll booths in Brooklyn when Officer Donald Johnston spotted his vehicle’s inspection sticker had expired and upon further investigation found the rapper smoking a cannabis joint. He was arraigned in Brooklyn Criminal Court and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle under the influence and driving an un-inspected motor vehicle.
