Talib Kweli plans to release his highly aniticpated album, Ear Drum, on July 24. The album will be his first release on his own Blacksmith Music (and Warner Bros. Records) label.Sources claim that this album will be a very definitive work in the rapper’s career. Listeners can expect the album to include collaborations with UGK, Norah Jones and Jean Grae. Beatmakers Kanye West, will.i.am, Madlib and Hi-Tek, among others will be handling the production.
