Not much has been said about Kanye’s upcoming Graduation slated for September. Rumors are that the follow-up to 2005’s Late Registration will include Coldplay’s Chris Martin on the album’s title track as well as Late Registration’s heavy contributor, producer Jon Brion.A clip of the album’s “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” recently leaked on the internet and has the self proclaimed college dropout rhyming, “I had a dream I could buy my way to heaven/When I woke I spent that on a necklace/I told God I’d be back in a second/Man, it’s so hard not to act reckless.”
As the Chicago bred artist gears up for his fall release, he has also been working with fellow hometown rapper, Common, on his soon to be released Finding Forever. Like Common’s last release, Be, Kanye will be producing the majority of the album.
