The internet hip-hop community has been talking the past week, ever since Joe Budden’s new track, “Talk To Em,” leaked and he was heard taking shots at Jay-Z.Via a recent interview with Rhapsody.com, the New Jersey rapper explained why he went at the Def Jam president, and why he feels it’s time for Jay to retire.

“It was disrespectful, but it was a diss with a point: Stop rapping,” Joe told the website. “Hang it up. You’re getting paid to be a president. Be a president. We loved you as a rapper. One of the best to ever do it. Now it’s time to do some other things.”
