
Sources confirmed to The Detroit News that Eminem is in talks with concert promoters, Live Nation, to buy St. Andrews Hall in downtown Detroit. According to an insider who requested anonymity, Eminem and Live Nation have been in negotiations over the acquisition for a month.
Parts of the proposed deal, terms of which were not disclosed, have Eminem and his manager, Paul Rosenberg, managing the concert venue while the club’s current management team continues to maintain the establishment’s daily operations.
Live Nation sources, St. Andrew’s Hall management declined comment on Monday. Eminem’s management did not return a phone call as of press time.
