Nicholas Smart, a member of Tony Blair’s private legal team was arrested earlier this week after cops raided his home. Among the things found during the raid, he was found having a highly confidential Crown Prosecution Service file on Eminem. Apparently they were considering charging the star for inciting fans to take drugs during his 2001 UK tour. However since there was no prosecution the file should have been destroyed. Mr. Smart was cleared of all charges however was suspended following his arrest.
