Akon now has a song that addresses the controversy surrounding the on-stage incident in Trinidad. The song, “Put the Blame on Me” was leaked to Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on KIIS-FM in Los Angeles. The introduction begins with, “As life goes on, I start to learn more and more about responsibility.” In this song, he apologies to Gwen Stefani, who was also affected when Verizon ended sponsorship of their tour. There was no mention of the 15 year old boy he threw off stage… maybe we should look for a remix if that shit hits the fan?
